When he is not at the battlefield, the minion will return to his village. The minion is a peasant after all. He does not have his own land, though. Thus he will work for a landlord with his fellow peasants and plow his land. He does not earn much, but he is happy with his job. Until, one day, his landlord tells him that other landlords are demanding his land and they need to find another piece of land now. As much as they resent the decision, they can’t do anything about it. These mega-landlords are much more powerful than his landlord. And so they move, searching and yearning for another land to plow.
