(I am on blogging steroid)
Following our previous conversation, today I had another extensive dialogue with my lab mate. And he asked a lot of questions. Why do we eat meat? To what extent do we need to forgive? I’ve heard that Christians teach that we should forgive to the very limit, but to what extreme? Why are some people born impaired?
I like the seekers. They are honest with their doubts. They ask questions. And interestingly the questions could be profoundly similar to the ones that we found in the Scriptures. Lord, how many times should I forgive someone who does something wrong to me? As many as seven times? Teacher, why was this man born blind? Was it because he or his parents sinned?
But I like the people of God as well. They put their trust in God in spite of the questions, which, I believe, they still have for themselves even until today.
